After that, enter your details in the required fields, and click the “send pin” button. You will then set a one-time pin to fill the OPT option in the field required; after you are done, click the “verify pin” button. Now choose a reason for your reinstatement.

Provide your ID number and mobile number and click “send pin”“. You will then receive a one-time pin. Fill the numbers into the space given and click “cancel my grant”. A message will later verify if you still want to go on with the cancellation; click yes if you want to and no if you do not want to.
