Failure to do so, Unisa withdraws the offer and gives your space to another candidate. Therefore, you must accept the offer by following the steps below.

If you are a first-time applicant to Unisa, you need to complete the First-Year Experience massive open online course (MOOC). This course aims to prepare and orientate first-time students to the institution to understand different things that can help them undertake their studies.

In some cases, applicants apply for two different courses at Unisa, and they get accepted in both qualifications. For instance, you can say: “Thank you for the request, I accept it.”

To decline a request, you must provide your reason and stop explaining further. Say: “Thank you, I appreciate your request, but I have other commitments at the moment. I cannot take additional work.” Whether you accept or decline a request, both responses are polite, and they don’t deject the other party involved.
