Which Qualifications Are Funded By The NSFAS?

This scholarship also expects students to participate in leadership development workshops and, where applicable, the Mentoring Programme.
Unisa Postgraduate Bursary for PhD or Doctoral Studies:
This bursary is open to persons who already hold a Master’s degree in a field of study and wish to pursue a Doctoral qualification in the same discipline in a three-year full-time course. The tuition fees and research funding is capped at R80 000 for the first four years of study for a Doctor’s Degree by research. And R120 000 over the first four years of study for a PhD by experimental research.
